ANNUAL TOWNSHIP ELECTION
Waterford Township holds their Annual Township Election for Town Supervisor, Town Clerk, and Town Treasurer on the second Tuesday of March from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Filing Requirements for Township Office
Qualifications
To qualify for elective office a candidate must:
- Be qualified to vote
- Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age on the date he or she would assume office
- Be a resident of the township or will become a resident therein at least thirty (30) days before the election
- Have no other affidavit on file for any other elected office
- Pay a $2.00 filing fee
- File an Affidavit of Candidacy for Office

The 2024 Candidate Filing Period for Township Elections:
- Opened on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 8:00 a.m.
- Closed on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
